Who am I?

If you don’t know me yet, hola! I’m Katy, a mum of 2 that struggled with her weight and body confidence after pregnancy. I tried everything – calorie counting, low carb… the list goes on. I went round in circles, failing these complicated diets because I didn’t have time for all the food prep as a mom, and I couldn’t understand why I craved snacks all of the time. At first, I’d cry every time I gave up. I felt like a failure, like it was my fault. Then I’d binge eat – many times I took an entire packet of biscuits on the school run!

So what changed?

But eating a healthy plant-based diet changed my life! Now I’m 28lb lighter, body confident, enjoying easy nutritious family meals, and running around the kids with bags of energy.  I’m here to help you get to that same place – I truly believe that every mom deserves to feel good in her own skin.
