Going grocery shopping can be tricky, especially as a new vegan. We forget key items, buy the wrong thing, spend way more than planned. Most of us also use the same 5 dinner recipes over and over. Having a shopping list from somebody else can inspire you to buy food you wouldn’t usually, get diversity in your diet, and give confidence in your buying habits. It’s great to have something as a starting point, and refer to as you’re wandering around the aisles.
