This is a great cheat recipe. This garlic bread makes a great accompaniment to soups or curries. We love using it to mop up extra pasta sauce too!

Ingredients

  • 1 large plain naan bread
  • 2 tbsp Vitalite, melted (or other vegan butter)
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp garlic puree

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180oC.
  • Mix the butter, herbs and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Using a glazing brush, cover the surface of the naan bread with the butter mixture.
  • Pop in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
