Herby Garlic Bread
This is a great cheat recipe. This garlic bread makes a great accompaniment to soups or curries. We love using it to mop up extra pasta sauce too!
Servings: 2 people
- 1 large plain naan bread
- 2 tbsp Vitalite, melted (or other vegan butter)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp garlic puree
- Pre-heat oven to 180oC.
- Mix the butter, herbs and garlic in a small bowl.
- Using a glazing brush, cover the surface of the naan bread with the butter mixture.
- Pop in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
