When people consider going vegan, two of the most common questions are:

Both are great questions, and really easy to answer. It just takes a little education. This section of Learner Vegan is a great place to start!

You’ll also be able to get a rundown on the basic nutrition you should be aware of when eating and staying healthy – even if you’re not vegan! Don’t worry – no complicated science here.
